a little about our journey. I was born and raised in Houston Texas and graduated from The University of Houston with a Bachelors degree in Biology, Environmental Health & Psychology. I am also certified by The Texas Department of State Health services as a Registered Sanitarian and a member of Texas Environmental Health Association (TEHA).

I worked for the City of Houston for 15 years conducting Health Inspections and teaching the Food Manager Certification Classes. It became very clear to me that the restaurant industry needed and deserved options for education & compliance. My goal was to provide a training program that was effective and convenient for your staff.

My colleagues and I offer you a consulting company, that specializes in Third Party Inspections, Manager Certification Classes, Food Handler Training courses and TABC certifications.

We designed a program that is focused on improving the quality of your food service business. We believe that by teaching your staff the proper methods of food safety you will improve employee performance, reduce business risk and protect public health.

Our classes are customized to fit your company needs. We know the knowledge of food safety has to go beyond the classroom. This is why Food Safety International presents our material in a way to ensure both managers and food handlers will remember the food safety principles and apply them to their daily routine.

Our mission is to teach, train and execute. We believe that the follow-through is just as important as the training. Food Safety International has set up a third party inspections program that allows a Registered Sanitarian to come into your location and give your staff on site advice and correction.
