FSI understands the importance that whether you are a large restaurant or small business owner, food safety is an essential requirement. The governmental regulatory agency requires that every employee handling food must obtain proper training and stay in compliance with a certified food managers training program. Finding the time and place to train your employees can be frustrating and confusing.

FSI offers a certification program that is conducted by our professional state-certified & Registered Sanitarian instructors. We provide training programs at our corporate office or at your location for a minimum of 10 or more students for each privately held class. The one day course lasts 6 hours where students will receive all the necessary instruction to successfully pass an exam given at the end of the class.

FSI teaches a nationally recognized Managers Certification Course. Upon successfully completing the exam, FSI will issue your employees a nationally recognized certificate. This certificate is valid anywhere in the United States.  If you have employees that move from one location to another, you will never have to worry about them being out of compliance.

If you are located within the city limits of Houston, Texas, you are required to have a “City of Houston Certification” posted onsite at your establishment. FSI will file all additional documents that provide you with this certification as well.

Classes are available in English, Spanish,& Vietnamese. Don’t need a class? Do you just need to take the test for your recertification? No problem call and schedule your appointment to take the test only! Cindy 713-412-8567
