What is HACCP?

Regulatory agencies such as the FDA, State and local Health Departments are licensed and have the right under the law to REQUIRE you (the company) to obtain a HACCP plan on any product that is served to the public this includes dairy products, juices, seafood, meats, and all retail and food service products. This can also include cleaning procedures for equipment used to produce and store food.

The HACCP system is an effective and rational means of assuring food safety from harvest to consumption. However, creating these plans can be very confusing and time-consuming.
